Bihar’s government has created the Chief Minister Self-Help Allowance Scheme. This initiative will pay unemployed adolescents between the ages of 20 and 25 with a monthly stipend of ₹1,000 while they look for work. To benefit from this plan, kids must receive training in language communication and basic computer competence. Aside from that, the state government has planned to create District Registration and Counseling Centers in each district headquarters to ensure the successful implementation of the scheme.
The primary goal of this initiative is to provide financial aid to young people looking for work. This initiative would provide financial support of ₹1,000 to unemployed males and girls aged 20 to 25 who have completed the 12th grade. This program will be effective in improving the economic situation of the state’s residents. Aside from that, the Chief Minister Self Help Allowance Scheme would increase the state’s citizens’ level of living. Beneficiaries can only use this scheme for two years.

– The District Planning Officer will receive the application via online means. – The application will be submitted online by the District Planning Officer to the state-established Project Management Unit to transfer the funds to the beneficiaries’ accounts. – The Project Management Unit is the only entity that will transfer the benefit amount to the beneficiary’s account. – The application will be uploaded online on the portal upon verification. – The applicant will receive information about the actions performed at each level via email, web portal, SMS, and other means.
– A district-level registration and counselling centre overseen by the district officer will be formed to carry out the scheme. – It will only be the District Officer who provides land for these institutions. – It is the Building Construction Department’s responsibility to construct the building. – The District Officer is going to oversee and keep an eye on the building construction project. – Under the district officer’s supervision, the District Registration and Counseling Center will function. – On working days, the hours of operation for these centres will be 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
