- The main objective is to correct your vaccination certificate. - People who have taken 1st & 2nd dose of vaccination, and generate their certificates, then only you can make corrections. - Visit the Cowin site and use your Aadhar card number to register and make a correction to vaccination certificate.

Eligibility

- You should have completed your vaccination doses. - And, generate Vaccination certificates from the Cowin portal.  - Only then, you can apply for vaccination certificate corrections.

How to Make Correction of the Certificate

– Visit the official website of Cowin – www.cowin.gov.in – Enter your registered mobile number, and click on the “Get OTP” option. – An OTP will come on your registered number. – Enter that code in the space, and click on the “Verify and Proceed” option. – On the next page, you can see the “Raise an Issue” option at the top right corner.

How to Make Correction of the Certificate

– Click on it, and you will get the option of “Certificate Correction”. A new page will open asking for “What is the Issue?” – Select “Correction in Certificate” and it provides a self-correction section having Name, DOB, Gender, and Photo ID Number. – You can edit only two out of the given options. so, tick in the required items and fill in the correct details. Now, click on “Continue and Submit” to save the changes.
