– Download the ABHA app for NDHM Health Records. – Launch the app and click on “Register Now” – Select your preferred language. – Now, you will get two options for registering. – Register either with your mobile number or your Aadhar card. – An OTP will receive on your registered mobile number. – Thus, your Health ID Card has been created. – Now, create your username, and submit the required documents asked for, like your identification. – Next, create a strong password for accessing your Digital Health Card.
– An applicant can see all the details of the doctors and the health care services on this health card. – You will find the complete details of your treatment, every test you have had, discharge, and expenses. – It’s a beneficial online tool when you visit any professional hospital. Because you can show all the records suggested by your consulted doctor. – If you provide the card to the medical practitioner, they can access your medical record by using the ID at any time.
