UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has launched the UP Easy Installment Scheme 2023. All UP residents who are unable to pay their power bills because of financial hardship are eligible to pay their outstanding bills in installments under the UP Asan Kist Yojana. The unpaid bill will be paid under this plan in 12 installments for customers in cities and 24 installments for those in rural areas.
The government of Uttar Pradesh launched the UP Asan Kist Yojana for the state’s economically disadvantaged citizens. Customers can pay the current bill with 5% of the total amount or a minimum of Rs 1500 under this arrangement. 12 installments will be made for customers in urban regions and 24 installments for customers in rural areas. The consumer’s registration will be canceled after two months if the installment and current bill are not paid.
All residential, rural, and urban consumers with loads up to 4 KW are eligible for the UP Assam Installment Scheme. The customer would need to deposit at least Rs 1500 if 5% of the principal amount is less than that amount. Rural customers will pay the payment in 24 installments, while urban consumers must pay the amount in 12 installments.
– To receive the benefits of this scheme, the consumer must be an official resident of Uttar Pradesh. – Only domestic 4KW connections will be eligible for the benefits of this initiative. – Only when the customer pays all of the bills and installments on time will interest be waived.

A registered individual needs to pay two payments and two bills in the following month. If they are unable to pay the installment and current bill on any Maha, their registration will be cancelled This plan will benefit a minimum of five lakh customers.
