– Visit the official website of UIDAI, and sign in with your Aadhar number. – An OTP will be received on your linked mobile number. Fill it up, and get access to your Aadhar card on the UIDAI. – Select the “Rename” option to change the name on the website. And, change your surname.
– You can also change your name. – Submit all the required documents on the website. – Now, click on the “Send OTP” option. – Fill in the received OTP on your registered number. – Click on “Submit” to submit your form.
- Visit the Aadhar Enrollment Center. - Fill out the form to alter the name on your Aadhar card, then send it in with the necessary paperwork and 50 rupees. - Your updated Aadhar card will arrive at your house in a few days when the entire procedure is finished there.
– Copy of Marriage Certificate by the Marriage Registrar. – Bring the original Marriage Certificate – A verified identity certificate with a photo on letterhead issued by either a Tehsildar or a Gazetted Officer. – A document as proof of the address.
