The government of Jammu & Kashmir have launched the Berozgar Se Swarojgar Scheme that provides employment opportunities to make the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir self-dependent. This scheme is a part of a 10point campaign, where min. five people will be identified in every panchayat and be provided employment. At least 2 lakh citizens of Jammu & Kashmir can take benefit from this scheme.

This scheme helps to provide skill development and financial assistance to ensure self-employment opportunities. The main objective is to employ the establishment of self-employment ventures for rural and urban citizens. Even the Government has started Yogyta se Rozgar Mahotsav to create awareness of this scheme among the youth.
