Implementation Methods of DDUGJY Scheme

The Central Government will carry out the DDUGJY program in a turnkey manner. On the basis of policy fixed price of an open competitive bidding process, the turnkey contract will be given.
Following the Monitoring Committee’s approval of the orders, the project will get award within three months. Implementation on a partly turnkey departmental basis will be allowed under extraordinary circumstances with the Monitoring Committee’s consent.
Additionally, the implementation period will finish within two years of the date the issued project’s work paper.
