This programme provides all pregnant women with the best facilities while guaranteeing that every delivery takes place under the supervision of medical professionals or trained nurses.

Benefits of the Safe Maternity Assurance Suman Yojana

The scheme will include at least four natal check-ups, with the government covering the entire cost.
Pregnant women will receive full treatment for the first six months. During the first trimester, there will be a check-up.
Iron folic acid supplementation will be required under this system, and the hospital will be solely responsible for this.
In addition, pregnant women will be given a tetanus-diphtheria vaccine to ensure that they do not contract the sickness.

Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Matritva Assurance Yojana Launched in Madhya Pradesh

The Surakshit Matritva Aashwasan Suman Scheme was launched by the Central Government on October 10, 2019. Pregnant mothers and their newborns are eligible for a variety of free health services under this scheme. So that the death rate of pregnant mothers and their children might be lowered.
