AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Yojana
Under the AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Yojana, beneficiaries will receive financial assistance following the field inspection. Each eligible beneficiary will receive Rs 13,500 in financial assets from the central and state governments. The central government will contribute Rs 6000, while the state government will contribute the remaining Rs 7500. In the last three years, a total of Rs 20,117.59 crore has been deposited into the bank accounts of farmers. The Andhra Pradesh government has set aside Rs 7,020 crore for this scheme in the year 2022-23.

The Objectives of the AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Yojana
The state government launched the AP YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme with the following primary goals:

Features of the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

- The government provided Rs 7500 and Rs 4000 as the first and second instalments of this scheme, respectively.

Payment Details of YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

AP YSR Rythu Bharosa List: First Instalment
The YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme has provided a minimum support price to about 49 lakh families. All qualified farmers received financial assistance. The YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy also announced in the video conference that we had intended to donate Rs. 7,500, but we had deposited only Rs. 2,000 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Andhra Pradesh Government has begun the second instalment of the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme. In the second phase, the government will deposit 1114.87 crores for this purpose. The scheme benefits a total of 50,47,383 farmers. Andhra Pradesh’s chief minister will also provide input subsidies to farmers who lost crops from May to September.
AP YSR Rythu Bharosa List: Third Instalment
Under the AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme, the government provides Rs 13,500 to farmers each year to assist them in coping with the challenges of farming. This sum will be distributed to farmers over the course of five years. On December 28, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy deposited Rs 2,000 into the accounts of 51.59 beneficiaries.
Benefits of the YSR Rythu Bharosa Yojana
- Farmers in the state will be eligible for a loan with a 0% interest rate of Rs. 13500/- per year. Each farmer’s family will receive Rs 67,500 over the course of five years.
- Tenant farmers will receive Rs. 2500/- per year.
- Farmers will receive free electricity for nine hours per day.
- Farmers will be provided with free borewells.
- Tractors do not require farmers to pay road tax.
- Cold storage facilities will be established throughout the state.
- The farmer’s family has a life insurance policy worth Rs. 5 lakhs.
- The government will cover the insurance premium.
- Current irrigation projects will be completed.

Guidelines of the AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Yojana
- Farmers must adhere to certain conditions to benefit from the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme.
- Under this scheme, there are no restrictions on land holdings by landowner families.
- For tenant farmers, there is a minimum required area that the farmer must lease, which is 1 acre of agricultural, horticultural, or sericultural land, A half-acre plot is available if the tenant grows vegetables, flowers, and fodder crops, 0.1 acres dedicated to beta vines
