How to Change Mobile Number in Aadhar Card?

You should visit the nearest Aadhar card centre to change the mobile number for security purposes. To change mobile number in Aadhaar card offline you should visit the nearest enrolment centre and follow the steps given below.

Go to “official website”, and select “Locate an Enrolment centre” from the drop-down menu. Search for the enrolment centre via state, pin code, city, and district.
Then, visit the centre, fill up the “Aadhaar Update/Correction Form” and submit it to the executive.
Pay Rs 100 as per service fee for updating one field or many, and the charges will be the same for the rest Aadhaar update. But you have to pay Rs 50 if you have to update the demographic details.
An acknowledgement slip, containing the Update Request Number (URN) will be given to you which can be used to check the status of your update request.
Keep it somewhere safe, and your mobile number will be changed within 90 days.

Book an Online Appointment to Change Mobile Number in Aadhar Card

If you want to avoid standing in line and do the work online sitting at home, book your appointment online. To do so, follow the below-given steps.

Visit the UIDAI website, and select “Book Appointment” from “My Aadhaar” menu
Next, select “City/Location” and “Proceed” to book an appointment
Enter your “mobile number” and “captcha” code to get an “OTP”.
Submit the OTP, and fill in your personal information.
Then, select your preferred date and time, and submit.
You will get a booking appointment number.

Thus, you can visit your nearest Aadhar card centre as per your appointment schedule and change your mobile number in Aadhar card.
