The objective of Indira Gandhi Awas Yojana 2023

By combining MGNREGA and the Swachh Bharat Mission-Gramin (SBM-G) with other specialized funding sources, an additional ₹12,000 will be made available to people for toilets.
The National Technical Assistance Agency (SECC), which was founded under this plan, offers financial aid to the populace in addition to technical assistance with housing development.
According to this plan, the beneficiary’s bank account will receive payment via electronic benefit transfer. An Aadhaar card linking to the account is necessary in order to get the payment amount.

Eligibility Criteria for Applying IAY 2023

The applicant must be a citizen of India.
They should not own any property in India. Furthermore, no family member should be forced to give up their physical home.
Individuals who are buying or building their own homes are eligible for this program. This initiative does not apply to the renewal or any other reason.
Applicants should not have received any other government housing assistance.
Various documentation that candidates wishing to be on the PMAY list must submit is also included below. This list is the same for all applicants, whether they live in an urban or rural location.
Voter ID cards, Aadhaar cards, driving licenses, passports, and other government-issued photo identity evidence are examples.

Visit the Indira Awas Yojana’s official website.

Now, click on the Date Entry link, and log in using the Panchayat and Block level User ID and Password.
Then change your Username and Password.
On the login page, you will see four options, which are as follows.

Select the option IAY / PMAYG Beneficiary List.
On this page, enter your registration number and then press the submit button. The list of beneficiaries will appear in front of you.

If you do not have the registration number, use the “Advanced Search” option. Next, enter all of the necessary information. After selecting the scheme type, click the submit button.

SECC Family Member Details

Visit the official website.
On the homepage, select the “SECC Family Member Details” option from the Stakeholders section.
The new page will appear, and select your state and PMAY ID.
