UP B.ED Admission 2023 Notification

Bundelkhand University Jhansi (BU Jhansi) has been tasked with conducting the B.Ed Entrance Test for the 2023 academic year. A first notification has been issued on the official website. The entrance test for admission to B.Ed courses in Uttar Pradesh is administered by the Department of Higher Education.

According to NCTE norms, any of the state institutions may provide the admission process. On February 10, BU Jhansi will publish the online registration link. Eligibility Criteria

  • The minimum age of the applicant should be 15 years. And, there is no maximum age limit.
  • Students from the General and OBC Category must secure 50% marks in Graduation in Science/ Social Science/ Humanitarian from any recognised University.
  • BE, B. Tech (Math and Science) background students must have a minimum of 55% marks.
  • SC/ST candidates are required to be passed from any recognised University.

How to Apply for the UP B.ED Admission?

Candidates must register and submit their applications online. Candidates are not required to submit a printed copy of their application form to the exam administrators. Admission to the B.Ed programme will be determined by the rank obtained in the admission exam. After several rounds of counselling, the candidates will be assigned seats.
