Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) launched an online form for applying for digital health ID cards as part of Arogya Manthan 3.0. You can visit, and register or log in at the official site to know the information about the ABDM National Digital Health Card.

Registration Process of Digital Health ID Card

You have to use the NDHM Health Record Apps on your mobile to register for a digital health card easily. Here are the steps that guide you in the registration process, check them out.

Download the ABHA app for NDHM Health Records.
Launch the app and click on “Register Now”
Select your preferred language.
Now, you will get two options for registering.
Register either with your mobile number or your Aadhar card.
If you choose a mobile number, an OTP will come on your number.
Whereas clicking on the Aadhar Card, you need to enter the required details and again an OTP will receive on your registered mobile number.
Thus, your Health ID Card has been created.
Now, create your username, and submit the required documents asked for, like your identification.
Once you have completed it, you’ll get your digital Health Card.
Next, create a strong password for accessing your Digital Health Card.
