- The applicant must be a citizen of India. They must reside in the state of Maharashtra.
- A “Bonafide Student of the Institute” who has been accepted for Professional and Technical courses is required for the application. There is no eligibility for applicants from the deemed university.

4) Directorate Of Higher Education

10) Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship Department
The Department of Skill Development, employment, and Entrepreneurship only offers one scholarship, which covers the cost of vocational training for students from open categories and socially and educationally disadvantaged classes. If they meet the requirements, students admitted to Government ITIs and private ITIs through the central admission process under this scholarship program will be given the benefit of fee reimbursement.
