  • 10% of the incentive fund is set aside for the public disclosure of groundwater data, reports, and information.
  • Community-led public safety initiatives to be created with a 15% incentive system
  • Public funding of interventions through current programs will receive a 20% incentive.
  • 40% of the incentive fund is allocated for adopting water-saving practices.
  • 15% of the incentive fund will go toward improving the rate of groundwater level decline.
