As you all know, the farmers receive financial assistance of ₹ 6000 every year under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, and this amount is provided in three installments by the government. The first installment is provided between April to July, the second installment from August to November, and the third installment between December and March.

eKYC has been made mandatory to get the benefits of this central government scheme. So far 11 installments have been given under which Rs 1.82 lakh crore has been transferred to the account of 11.3 crore farmers by the government. Now, Government has taken preparations for providing PM Kisan’s 12th installment.

Benefits only for eKYC Registered Farmers

According to the new instructions of the central government, the farmers who have done eKYC registration by the 31st July 2022, will get the benefit of PM Kisan 12th Installment. You can do eKYC either by visiting the official website or visiting a nearby public service center. The farmers must have their Aadhar card and registered mobile number with the scheme.

Released PM Kisan 12th Installment

Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the government aims to provide benefits to the farmers in three installments. 11 installments already have been released, and now the government is preparing to release the PM Kisan 12th Installment soon. ₹ 2000 will be provided to the farmers whose names will be on the list of beneficiaries. But eKYC has been made mandatory. If the farmers are found with an incomplete eKYC status, they will not able to get the benefit of this scheme.

• On the home page, click on the “beneficiary status” option.

• A new page will open, where you have to enter your state, district, etc.
• After that, click on the “submit” option to see the beneficiary status.

Procedure for Getting eKYC Done

• Go to the official website of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
• Click on the “eKYC” option on the home page.
• A new page will open where you need to enter your Aadhaar number.
• Then, click on the “search” option.

• Now, click on the “get OTP” option.
• An OTP will be received on your mobile, enter that in the OTP box.
• Next, click on the “submit” option.
