Process of CM Self-Help Allowance Scheme Application Approval

The application will be reviewed in the back office after the recipients submit it.

The District Planning Officer will receive the application via online means.
The application will be submitted online by the District Planning Officer to the state-established Project Management Unit to transfer the funds to the beneficiaries’ accounts.
The Project Management Unit is the only entity that will transfer the benefit amount to the beneficiary’s account.
In addition, a copy of the application for the training of skilled young will be distributed online via the Labor Resources Department portal.
The Education Department will first review and confirm the information provided in the student credit card applications on the educational institution, course, etc.
All required documentation received with the application will be photocopied, scanned, and preserved in soft copy on the computer in addition to being kept with the records.
The application will be uploaded online on the portal upon verification.
The applicant will receive information about the actions performed at each level via email, web portal, SMS, and other means.

Basic Structure of Mukhyamantri Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana

A district-level registration and counselling centre overseen by the district officer will be formed to carry out the scheme.
It will only be the District Officer who provides land for these institutions.
It is the Building Construction Department’s responsibility to construct the building.
The District Officer is going to oversee and keep an eye on the building construction project.
By August 30, 2016, the building of these centres is scheduled to conclude.
The Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation of Patna will provide computers and additional equipment.
Under the district officer’s supervision, the District Registration and Counseling Center will function.
On working days, the hours of operation for these centres will be 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Aadhar Registration in MNSSBY Arrangement

The District Registration and Counseling Center will have a counter set up for Aadhar registration for those applicants without an Aadhar card.
The Rural Development Department will handle all the arrangements for Aadhaar registration.
Registration will result in the provision of an enrollment ID. This enrollment ID will help to apply for this scheme.
This scheme’s benefits won’t be available till the Aadhaar number is made available.
